Food: one of the most memorable parts about a wedding. People will always remember the great (or…bad) food they’ve received at a reception. Here at the Embassy Suites Bloomington we pride ourselves on the quality of our meals. We are often told that our food is the “Best Wedding Food” they’ve ever had! We make every effort possible to be sure that all of our events receive top quality, hot, well portioned dinners.
Below you’ll find the menu for our Wedding Packages… all of which are DELICIOUS! We can discuss what you’re hoping for, your guests’ preferences, and what you think would work well and then we are happy to make recommendations based on that information. All of our couples get to come in for a private food tasting with us to sample a few options for your wedding day and see exactly what the meal will consist of.
But – when looking at the below menu – keep in mind we can always customize something special for you! If you have a favorite meal you’d like served at your wedding this can be done. A few years ago one bride and groom wanted Lobster Macaroni and Cheese. Done! Want to have breakfast for dinner? No problem. We have a couple this fall that is doing a breakfast buffet with a build your own waffle station and more. Want to celebrate your heritage? Last year a groom was from Ireland, and we created a special meal of Whisky Chicken, Brussel Sprouts, and Root Vegetables. Want a casual BBQ, or Burger Buffet? You got it! Want a Vegan/Gluten Free/Dairy Free meal? It can be done. The opportunities are endless. Don’t be afraid to ask for something outside the box! We simply take your ideas to our Chef and work together to create your dream menu.
Lightly floured Chicken Breast pan seared served with a Crisp Champagne Cream Sauce
Parmesan Chicken Breast topped with Basil, Garlic, and Diced Tomatoes.
Chicken Breast stuffed with Spinach, Ricotta, and Mozzarella Cheeses,
finished with Herb Roasted red Pepper Cream sauce.
Sautéed Chicken Breast with Prosciutto Ham, Wild Mushrooms and a
Light Zinfandel Cream Sauce.
Grilled Chicken Breast with a Lemon Caper Sauce.
Pan seared Chicken deglazed with Madeira sauce and served with
Wild Mushrooms and Caramelized Onions.

Slow roasted Pork Tenderloin sliced into thin Medallions served
with a Tarragon Cream sauce.

Roasted and topped with an Apple Cranberry Sauce.
Filled with Broccolini and Sausage topped with an Alfredo Sauce.
Assorted Grilled Vegetables served with a Wild Mushroom Risotto.

Baked Salmon in a Dijon Almond Crust and drizzled with a Port Gastric.
Lightly Breaded with Panko Crumbs and toasted until Golden
Brown topped with Lemon Aioli.

Grilled and topped with a Boursin Cream Cheese Sauce.
Served with Sautéed Button Mushrooms and a Roasted shallot Red Wine Demi Glace.
